  • Northern Call is an on-going photo series with a focus on women from Latin American countries making a choice to leave their native country and start a new life in the United States. It shares their reasons for leaving and how their lives have changed in the process, experiences they have encountered in their “second home”, as well as emotional changes. Thank you to all the participants for inviting me into your worlds, trusting me with your stories, and sharing your truths. Cheers to being badass latinxs!
